Maxine Waters, D-L. a., for her seat in November 2020 is in search of nearly $100,000 in the veteran politician and her committee for Lawyers’ fees and expenditures associated with his libel and slander lawsuit versus her that was reinstated on appeal. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged the eight
